I've been told that Charlie's eye color changes depending on the light. I have compiled close-ups of his lovely eyes and you can tell me what color they are.
a) Light Brown
b) Green
c) Greenish Blueish
d) Hazel
e) Bluish hazel
f) Seemingly dark green
g) Too mysterious to figure out
h) Are we so bored that we are left to contemplate his eyes?

ReplyDeleteSeriously though I think his eyes are green. His audition video has very good lighting and they appear green. Although at times they appear more green/gray. Maybe even Charlie doesn't know!
Gray!! Dang! How i missed adding that as a choice! lol. I think it's green with a bit of light brown. Isn't that hazel? Oh dear, we can over analyze anything, can't we? lol

ReplyDeleteI don't see any trace of brown in his eyes, although at times they do appear dark brown. I see more traces of gray. Guess one of us will just have to meet him in person and get a closer look ;-)
ReplyDeleteI always thought his hair was red, but sometimes it appears more orange like in his personal Facebook profile picture. The photo at the bottom right here from his Rocket Man performance makes his hair look brown. The lighting is never consistent in any of these photos, so it makes it so difficult to tell what his actual hair and eye color are! His sister tweeted once basically implying that she thought it was ridiculous that people call him a ginger, she said "Have you seen the color red lately?" So maybe he's more like an auburn or reddish brown?
I think it's auburn too. In any case he has a nice set of hair. And you'll probably meet Charlie before me so I will be expecting a detail report of what you saw, touched, smell, etc!! :)

ReplyDeleteAs much as I love Charles (as well as Devin and Kree), I don't think I'll end up going to the summer tour this year. The tickets are quite expensive, it's not really worth it if you only like 1-3 contestants. I think I will wait until Charlie has his own concert to go see him. Do you think you will go to the tour this year?
I know what you mean. Other than Charlie, I like Kree. Yeah not doing any concerts this year but I'm sure other awkward turtles will give us full reports. Yes, we need a full concert. Now that I'll pay money for!

His father said Charlie has recorded a full 6 minute version of the song on his computer, so maybe he will upload it for us? Otherwise I'm just planning to rip the audio from the live performance video. If you use keepvid.com and click on the mp3 version you can rip the audio.
DeleteRight, I know you can always rip the video for an mp3. I just didn't want to do that in case AI did put it in itunes so Charlie could get a % of the revenue. But yeah, i definitely want an mp3 of the song either way.
